The Dance Summer School is open to anyone with some experience in dance, aged between 12 and 20.
During the week students will get training in a range of dance styles and techniques building towards a public performance on the Friday evening. There will also be opportunities for sporting and leisure activities organised by the animateurs.
An end of course performance will be presented at the Night Market in Beauville, Lot-et-Garonne, 47470

Students are accommodated in dormitory tents at Les-2-Lacs, a family run campsite situated in a beautiful valley with two lakes, some 500 metres outside of Beauville. Covering some 22 hectares, the site offers sports and games such as volleyball, tennis, table tennis, table football, a swimming lake with full time lifeguard, as well as the opportunity for boating.

The village boulangerie delivers fresh bread to the campsite each morning and breakfast will be taken at the site.
Lunch is normally taken at the Head Office and prepared by our activity co-ordinators.
Three course evening meals are provided at a variety of locations throughout the week including Les-2-Lacs restaurant and Beauville Arts Head Office.
The Dance workshops will be delivered by Simeon Qsyea, director of the London-based professional dance & theatre company 'Birdgang' and a highly experienced performer, choreographer and teacher.

experience. Students attending Beauville Arts have originated from:
Beauville, Lot-et-Garonne (47) lies between Toulouse and Bordeaux in South West France, the nearest city being Agen, some 20 minutes drive to the south west. The City of Cahors lies some 45 minutes to the east/north-east and the historic town of Moissac some 30 minutes to the south-east.
Beauville, comprising a resident population of some 570, heads a rural Canton of some 3000. These numbers are substantially augmented during the peak tourist season. It supports a lively, predominantly agricultural, community and provides all necessary services including a doctors, pharmacy, local supermarket, post office, tourist office, bank, café, restaurant, hotel and boulangerie.

Agen has a major SNCF Railway station. Direct trains arrive regularly from most major French cities i.e. Paris (4hrs), Toulouse (1hr) and Bordeaux (1.5 hrs).
For students brought by car, Beauville
lies some 25 minutes off the A62 (Junction 9 if coming from Toulouse/Junction
7 from Bordeaux).
