Where are we?

Beauville, Lot-et-Garonne (47) lies between Toulouse and Bordeaux in South West France, the nearest city being Agen, some 20 minutes drive to the south west. The City of Cahors lies some 45 minutes to the east/north-east and the historic town of Moissac some 30 minutes to the south-east.

Beauville, comprising a resident population of some 570, heads a rural Canton of some 3000. These numbers are substantially augmented during the peak tourist season. It supports a lively, predominantly agricultural, community and provides all necessary services including a doctors, pharmacy, local supermarket, post office, tourist office, bank, café, restaurant, hotel and boulangerie.
